Meet Joe Siegfried, RDH
Joe Siegfried, RDH
We are led by Joe Siegfried, a registered dental hygienist with a strong focus on dental hygiene, prevention, and myofunctional therapy. Joe’s care style is calm, practical, and detailed, giving every appointment a more personal feel.
At Kingsmill Dental Hygiene, we take time to understand oral health, breathing habits, tongue posture, gum health, and long-term function. Our goal is to make care feel clear, comfortable, and useful from the first visit.
10+ Years of Myofunctional Therapy
Joe brings more than 10 years of myofunctional therapy experience to our clinic. This helps us support patients with concerns connected to mouth breathing, tongue posture, swallowing patterns, snoring, sleep-related habits, and orthodontic relapse.
We also value education. Joe has contributed to myofunctional therapy curriculum development for dental hygienists, bringing both clinical experience and teaching knowledge into the way we explain care.

The Space
Our clinic is designed to feel calm, clean, and easy to visit. Instead of a rushed dental office experience, we focus on a quieter setting where patients can ask questions and feel comfortable throughout their appointment.
We want the space to support the way we care: clear, gentle, personal, and organized. From dental hygiene visits to myofunctional therapy assessments, the environment is built to make care feel less stressful and more approachable.
Space Highlights:
- Calm clinic setting
- Personal appointment experience
- Comfortable treatment environment
- Easy access near Royal York & Bloor
Collaborating Providers
We often work alongside dentists, orthodontists, ENTs, physicians, sleep specialists, and other healthcare providers when patient care requires a broader team approach.
For myofunctional therapy, collaboration can be important. We provide support for oral function, tongue posture, breathing habits, and muscle patterns, while diagnosis or treatment of medical or dental conditions stays with the appropriate provider.
Collaboration Notes:
- We support oral function and myofunctional therapy.
- Dentists, ENTs, and physicians handle diagnosis and medical treatment.
- We communicate clearly when another provider should review a concern.
- Our role is to guide the therapy side with practical support.
